About me

My name is Tori McConnell. I'm Yurok and Karuk and an enrolled citizen of the Yurok Tribe born and raised in Humboldt County, CA. Representing my people as Miss Indian World 2023-24 powerfully transformed me and my life. For years I've wanted to create a website to showcase my work, but after the elevation of my career and professional life catalyzed by my Miss Indian World experience I finally decided that it was time to create my website. Even if it's not perfect, it's important to me to have a personalized space where I can share my life and my work, and viewers can send inquiries.

In my "Portfolios" and "Shop" tabs, you'll find my artwork, and on my "In the Media" tab you'll find a collection of sources where I've been interviewed or mentioned in the media. I've provided a contact form visible at the bottom of every page if you are interested in what you see and would like to purchase art prints, contract me for a project, or inquire about inviting me to an event.
